1/4 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed
1/2 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
6 garlic clove, pressed
salt, to taste
black pepper, fresh ground, to taste

1. Add all ingredients to a small jar, cover and shake for 2 minutes.

2. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

3. This marinade is great for pork and beef. I prefer to use it on skirt steak. Make sure the skirt steak is not completely trimmed of all of it's fat and be sure to tenderize it thoroughly. For best results, marinade your meat for over 2 hours, I have even done it over night.
